The REI Home100 Program provides first mortgage financing and down payment/closing cost assistance to eligible borrowers in the state of Oklahoma.  Depending on the program you use, the down payment/closing cost assistance can be in the form of a gift to the borrower, or a second mortgage that forgives after 7 years of living in the home.  The program is created to fulfill REI’s mission to provide housing opportunities to low income individuals and families. REI is a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization.

REI works with lender’s across the state to provide down payment assistance of 3.5%, 4%, or 5% of the total first mortgage loan amount to eligible individuals and families.
