REI Down Payment Assistance

The REI Home100 Program partners with approved lenders to provide down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible borrowers across the state of Oklahoma. The program is simple to use and is available to a large portion of borrowers based on the wide eligibility criteria. We have several program options to choose from based on the needs of your specific client. This is a great tool for you to help more Oklahomans reach their goal of becoming a homeowner.
